Has consistently been ranked among Atlanta's top handful of courses since opening in 1995, when it was ranked in Golf Digest's top 10 new courses in the country. Excellent Denis Griffiths design has some length but most fairways are on the generous side. Greens are large, undulating and well-protected, with a deft short game needed to post a good score. Extremely strong trio of par 4s that average almost 450 yards from the blue tees, and an interesting group of par 5s that  includes one of Atlanta's quirkier holes, the uphill ninth with its green guarded by a large, menacing boulder...continue with the St. Marlo Review
