Ness, director of Instruction for

Magazine. He has written numerous
articles for Golf Digest and has a
long list of professional
accomplishments. Whether you are
looking to take a simple clinic or

Apprentices who are available to provide
individualized or small group
instruction on a daily basis. Our
innovative lesson programs are led by
PGA Director of Instruction, Steve
Mitchell, one of fewer than 50 PGA
Professionals Certified in Golf
Instruction. Steve brings an impressive
resume to Bear’s Best superb facilities,
most recently spending the last ten
years heading the golf schools at the
world famous Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
Bear’s Best offers a wide variety of
programs from private instruction with
video analysis to group clinics to full-
and half-day golf schools. Junior and
family golf is a high priority for us
with the unveiling of our innovative
Summer Junior Camps and Clinics which
feature graduated instruction based on
skills qualifications and knowledge of
the rules and etiquette.

The Learning Center at Stone Mountain Golf
Club offers instruction for all levels of
players from beginners to advanced players.
We can work with as many or as few students
as each situation calls for. Group lessons
and clinics available almost every week.
Great for picking up a few good tips or
just finding out what the game is all
about. Excellent short game facilities
including bunker practice. Grass tee range
and three greens to putt on. Get a hands on
learning experience with an explanation of
"why" you do things. Learn basic
fundamentals through course management at
one of our golf schools. No need to leave
town for your golf get-away.

Marietta Learning Center - Marietta

Beautifully manicured practice facility is
second to none in the Marietta, Cobb County
area with two very large putting greens,
two practice bunkers, a very large
multi-tiered range, a chipping green,
indoor net, and use the "Computer Coach"
Pro Video for analysis. Our three instructors, have
over 38 years of combined experience, and
are credentialed class A members of the
LPGA andd PGA. Teaching programs are
student based. "What the student wants from
the lesson is what he or she will get"
Private
lessons, partner programs, clinics for 3
or more, half-day schools (short game and
long game), full day schools and junior
