QUICK POLL QUESTION - Do you feel that there are enough quality affordable golf courses in or around the Atlanta area?
Bill Fleming / Acworth
There are quality courses in the area but affordable can be argued. They include...Cobblestone, Towne Lake Hills, and The Frog

David Bates / Alpharetta
Yes.  If you don't mind driving, there are great courses to choose from.  I particularly like Woodmont, Bradshaw Farms and Barnsley Gardens

Kevin Fay / Smyrna
No, I do not. They are either Affordable or quality. I have played a good number of the public courses in the Atlanta area and my favorite is Crystal Lake. I would say 60 dollars is borderline affordable, but that course I feel is worth the money. I have heard good things about Cobblestone but have not had the opportunity to play it. I found Reunion to be a good golf course but with all of these, they are 45 to an hour outside of the Metro Atlanta area

Kevin Fay / Smyrna
I do feel like there are a ton of quality places to play in the Atlanta area.  It's always tricky to find a good deal - but generally my foursome can play for under $50 per person on the weekend if we're willing to travel around.  Right now Lake Arrowhead is running good specials as is Indian Creek.  Country Club of Gwinnet (not as challenging) is in great shape and offering good deals as well.

Beth Etheridge / Johns Creek
Yes, most of the courses offer twilight rates that help with cost.  My favorite is St Marlo which offers a twilight rate of $29 for nine holes and a super twilight (5:00) for $29 for as many holes as you can play

ABSOLUTELY!!!  Living on the NE side of Atlanta, I play at Towne Lake Hills, Bridgemill, Bradshaw Farms and Eagle Watch.
There is nothing like getting away one early afternoon and cashing in on the twilight specials.  As a matter of fact, I am heading to the Frog tomorrow and, thanks to Golf Atlanta, got a great deal that includes lunch!

Stan Brothers / Marietta
Yes; however I would still like to see the courses offer special rates from time to time. As an example, the triple play you are offering is a great program. I enjoy playing Cobblestone, The Frog and Towne Lake

Howard Pinkus / Sandy Springs
Yes. There are many quality affordable courses for seniors during the week Unfortunately most are at least a 40 minute drive. North Fulton is the only course I play within the city. It's decent, close and very affordable and they let you walk

David Olejnik / Atlanta
I live downtown Atlanta and wish there were more closer to the city. But that just isn't going to happen. Of the intown courses I love North Fulton the best. Great scenery in the park, fun course, interesting layout

QUICK POLL QUESTION - Many of Atlanta's best daily fee courses are spread out all over the metro area. Will you drive as much as an hour one way to play a top-quality course and if so, which course(s) will you drive to?
Tim Thiele / Acworth
Yes, I have played the following courses which were well worth the hour drive: Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville, Reunion
near Brasleton, Woodmont near Canton, and Crystal Lake in Hampton are among some of the best.
